The IPSS 3D Process™

The IPSS 3D Process™ is made up of three individual phases: Discovery, Development, and Deployment. Each guarantees that the customer's goals and corporate cultural needs are met from project conception to delivered solution.

The Discovery Phase

The Discovery phase is the first phase of any project. It begins with a customer's inquiry and proceeds until the formal functional specification is delivered.

The Development Phase

The Development Phase begins when the functional design is approved by the customer and continues to the completion of the Factory Acceptance Tests. To a large extent, the activities that we complete during this phase dictate the success of the Deployment Phase.

The Deployment Phase

This final phase of the project starts when the Factory Acceptance Test has been completed and lasts as long as the solution is being used.
